We are seeking a Junior Data & Business Intelligence Support Specialist to join our Data & Business Intelligence organization within Group Operations Business Transformation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact to our internal customers located worldwide supporting them in the usage of a range of applications in the area of Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics. Your main responsibilities will involve performing monitoring tasks, managing incident escalations, collaborating with SMEs, reporting service performance, and supporting end-user satisfaction and service improvement programs. The position offers the option to work remotely within Spain even up to 100%, with additional benefits such as training opportunities, insurance, referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, and various events. Fluent English is required, and the primary work location is in Barcelona.
